DISTANCE CONTRACT

The seller of the goods offered in this online shop Inga Leone, Reg.No.06089511955, "Lazdiņi, Lazdukalna pag., Balvu nov., LV-4577 on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, on the other hand, enter into the following Contract:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer the Goods in accordance with the Customer's order.

ORDERING, DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

The Customer orders goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be purchased, at the price (EUR) indicated, including VAT. The Customer has the option to pay for the goods by using the payment tools integrated in the online shop (payment card or online banking) or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Customer by e-mail corresponding to the order. The invoice shall be drawn up electronically and shall be valid without signature.

The Seller shall ensure delivery of the goods in the Baltic States within 1-3 working days (in Europe the delivery time may be longer) after receipt of payment for the goods, the delivery time to be agreed with the Buyer.

The Customer has the right to change his mind and cancel the order immediately by informing the Seller of the cancellation during the Seller's working hours, working days from 9:00 to 18:00, by sending the cancellation to the e-mail address indicated on the website: [email protected] before the order is processed.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customwe has the right to withdraw from the Goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Goods by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller at [email protected]. The Seller shall send the form of the cancellation letter to the Customer by e-mail at the Customer's request.

The Customer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the cancellation letter to the address "Lazdini", Lazdukalna pagasts, Balvu novads, LV-4577 by prior agreement with the Seller. All expenses incurred in returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Customer. Upon receipt of the goods, the Seller shall check the condition of the goods and return the order amount to the Customer within 7 days to the account number specified in the Cancellation Form.

The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• the nature of the goods ordered means they cannot be returned, or are perishable or expendable;
• the goods ordered are made directly for the Customer to order;
• the Customer has opened the packaging of an audio or video recording or computer software.

Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Customer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold the refund fee in the event that the goods have been damaged by negligent handling or failure to follow instructions during use, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if the packaging of the goods is substantially damaged.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Complaints about the quality of goods and other purchase-related issues should be submitted electronically to [email protected]. All complaints will be dealt with within 7 days of receipt of the complaint, with a reply sent to the contact address provided in the complaint.

If your complaint is found to be unfounded and you disagree with the finding, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in the laws and regulations by submitting a written request for out-of-court dispute resolution to the seller of the goods, stating:

name, surname, contact details;
the date on which you submitted the application;
the nature of the dispute, the claims and the grounds on which they are based.

DATA PROCESSING

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him/her shall be used to enable the Seller to accept the Customer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the laws and regulations. By entering the information, the Customer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the Customer's order to the e-mail address provided.
